All items are eligible for one time exchange for free, which are not refundable (Size exchange only).

Due to hygiene standards/requirements, exchange does not apply on underwear and swimwear (top & bottom) unless deemed faulty.

If your purchased items are out of stock, you may exchange for other items within the purchasing amount; we will refund if the items are sold out, but please kindly send back the items first.
